Baking with my grandmother at a young age Inspired me to think about a career In culinary arts. I love learning with my hands. After high school I attended SBCC school of Culinary arts In Santa Barbara. I got a job In the pastry department at the Bacara Resort and Spa In 2005 and the rest Is history. I learned so much In the 5 years I worked there, respect for Ingredients, how to build amazing wedding cakes and the art of cake decorating. I took a time out to raise my two kids but always kept baking. In July 2022 I finally decided to take the leap and open my own business with hopes of opening a bakery In the near future. I look forward to helping you dream up your dream dessert!
